Excellent experience, but some recommendations for search options
I recently ordered three ties from Ties.com and was very happy with the results. The ties came quickly and were well packaged. The online pics accurately represented the color and texture of the ties I received.
Two suggestions for improving the search experience: 1) Increase the search options to include widths. My criteria for a "skinny" tie might be different from what others consider. For instance, I'd be happy with anything between 3 and 2 inches. Most, but not all ties are 3.5 to 2 inches in width. I would like a way to rule out anything over 3.
2) Add suggested shirt color/style pairings so that I can better imagine what the ties will look like with my shirt. Does the charcoal grey or black look better with my medium blue shirt?
Otherwise, Ties.com did allow for quite a range of search criteria that were quite helpful. I would definitely order from them again in the future.
