Love your tie, but your service sucks. I called to complain about this order being canceled, because I no longer wanted it. Nothing could be further from the truth. Tie was place on back order and I emailed a request to change the size. Tie was to be shipped at the end of February. My complaining lead to getting the tie 2 days later. Your customer service is very strange. I do like the tie, along with the others I have received.
