Great Customer Service!
Great customer service! I’m giving this tie 5 stars even though at first it wasn’t, because this business quickly fixed the issue beyond my expectations. I received these ties quickly but when I opened the outer packaging they arrived in, I pulled this particular tie out that was still in its plastic wrapping and noticed a blue dot stain in the center of the tie. Not a huge stain, but blue and on a gold tie, I noticed it right off. I contacted the company, they had me send them a picture of it, and immediately the next day they shipped out a new tie- express and I received it in 2 days. The tie is gorgeous, and it’s purpose is for my daughter to wear during her Symphonic Band Concerts where her school colors are Scarlett and Gold. I highly recommend ties.com
